Pursuant to Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from October 20, 2015 till closure of Company’s business hours on October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on November 01, 2015.
