Further, the Company has informed that the cut off date for entitlement of voting rights as per the shares held by members is Friday, August 26, 2016 and the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its members for the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting. The remote e-voting period commences on August 30, 2016 (9.00 A.M- Indian Standard Time) and ends on September 01, 2016 (5.00 P.M.-Indian Standard Time). |
