1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider and accept resignation of Independent Director Mr. Mukundrai P Vadher.
3. To consider appointment of Mr. Hemang Y Shah as an Independent Director.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Trading Window) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from February 13, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
