1. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per share (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. In compliance with requirements of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations), the Company inform follows:
a. Pursuant to the requirements of regulation 8(2) of the said Regulations, the Company has formulated and published on its website www.makerslabs.com the "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information”.
b. Pursuant to the requirements of regulation 9(1) of the said Regulations, the Company has formulated a “Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading”. |
