| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2015, inter alia, for the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Company's audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2015 and the Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date together with relative Notes thereon.
2. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
3. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15 on equity shares.
Further, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of Trading Window) for insiders covered under "Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd. Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading” would commence from May 11, 2015 and will end until one day after the result are made public on May 18, 2015. |
