Sub. : Closer of Trading Window.
With reference to above subject, This has informed that Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2017 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 15, 2017 till July 26, 2017 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
