| Exchange Disseminated Time | MP Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that 13th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To receive consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
2. To appoint a director in place of Mr. ABDUL RAZAK D DHANANI, who retires by rotation and, being eligible, offers himself for reappointment.
3. To appoint Auditors and fix their remuneration M/s S L Chhajed & co. Chartered Accounts the retiring Auditors, are eligible for re-appointment. |
