| Exchange Disseminated Time | Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2015.
Further the trading window as described in "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders" of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from January 01, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the above meeting. |
