(1). Mrs. Sweena Nair, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) has resigned from the Company. The Company accepted her resignation and relieved her, from the position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 21, 2016.
(2). Mr. S.Sundaramurthy, a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from October 21, 2016. |
