| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/08/2016 17:42:26 | Sashwat Technocrats Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 consider and approve un - audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and adopt the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from August 08, 2016 till 48 hours after announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
During the aforesaid period, every person as defined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the Company. |
