    1. The Company has received a letter from Mr. Murarilal Agarwal on March 22, 2012, intimating his intention to resign from the Directorship of the Company. Consequent to his resignation as Director, he shall also cease to be Joint Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.

    2. The Company has received a letter from Mr. Ravindra Agarwal on March 22, 2012, intimating his intention to resign from the Directorship of the Company. Consequent to his resignation as Director, he shall also cease to be Whole Time Director of the Company with immediate effect.
