| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on December 11, 2015 has allotted 3,16,750 shares of Rs. 10/- each arising out of the exercise of stock options, granted to the option grantees of the Company under Future Market Networks Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2012.
With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs. 56,17,11,560/- (Rupees Fifty Six Crores Seventeen Lacs Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Only) divided into 56171156 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
