The current term of Mr. Tarun Kumar Prasad shall be upto the date of the next general meeting of the members of the Company whereat he shall be eligible for appointment as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years in one instance, with a maximum permissible tenure of two consecutive terms of five years each.
