| Exchange Disseminated Time | GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 29, 2005, inter alia, has made the following changes / modifications in the composition Board of Directors of the Company:
1. Smt. Celina William Almeida, who was a Whole-Time Director of the Company has resigned from her position as a Whole-Time Director but will continue in the Board as a "Non-Executive and Non-Whole-Time Director".
2. The Board has elected Smt. Celina William Almeida as a "Non Executive Chair Person" in the place of Mr. Jimmy William Almeida.
3. Mr. Jimmy William Almeida, who was acting as "Chairman and Managing Director" will act as "Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer" of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that the Board has also designated Mr. S Swaminathan, who is the Finance Manager of the Company as "Chief Financial Officer". |
