1. To consider and approve, the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
2. To execute and adopt the New Listing Agreement as per provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015.
Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for directors/designated employees, other persons having access to the price sensitive information and their dependents from January 14, 2016 to January 22, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
