| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/11/2015 17:26:04 | Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :
1. Mr. K. Udai Sagar - existing Independent Director of the Company is appointed as Managing Director & Key Managerial Person, for a period of three (03) years w.e.f. November 13, 2015, by the Board considering his vast expertise and experience. The Board is confident that the Company will do extremely well in his proven leadership.
He is also associated with Indo-Israel Chamber of Commerce & Industry where bilateral trade between India and Israel crossed USD 6 Bn. He was earlier associated with United States Investment Group, Dallas, Tx.
2. Adoption of the Uniform Listing Agreement pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).
3. Adoption of the "Material Subsidiary Policy" pursuant to Listing Regulations, 2015.
4. Adoption of "Materiality of Event or Information Policy" pursuant to Listing Regulations, 2015.
5. Adoption of the "Preservation of Document Policy" pursuant to Listing Regulations, 2015. |
