| Exchange Disseminated Time | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala under section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956, meetings of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company was held on May 14, 2010, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Harrisons Malayalam Financial Services Ltd and Harrisons Rubber Products Ltd. and Harrisons Agro-Products Ltd. and Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. and Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd. and their Respective shareholders ("the Scheme").
Further the Company has informed that, the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors have approved the Scheme without any modifications with the requisite majority at the said meetings. |
