Further, the Trading Window for dealing with shares of the company by Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees including their relatives and all connected persons, as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be closed from June 07, 2016 and shall be opened 24 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting of the company to be held on June 14, 2016. |
