| Exchange Disseminated Time | JSL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3) (vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed September 15, 2015. as the Cut-Off date to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their vote electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 22, 2015. The same cut-off date of September 15, 2015, would record entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the 49th AGM on September 22, 2015.
The E-voting period shall commence from 10.00 hrs on September 19, 2015 to 17.00 hrs on September 21, 2015.
The Company would be availing e-voting Services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). |
