| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/01/2016 18:50:12 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 21, 2015 informing that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the Composite Scheme on November 21, 2015, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has received the Certified True Copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay sanctioning the aforesaid Composite Scheme pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 read with Sections 78,100 to 103 and Section 52 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013.
The said Composite Scheme has become effective from January 15, 2015 upon filing of the requisite forms with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai by all the Companies under the Composite Scheme.
The record date for determining the entitlement for allotment of shares to the shareholders of the Company in TV Vision Limited and SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited would be announced later, after complying with necessary statutory requirements, if any. |
