1. consider, approve and take on record the UFR for the quarter ended June 30, 2017;2. fix up the date, time and venue for convening the 25th AGM of the Company;
3. note the closure of the register of members and share transfer books for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, if declared at the said AGM.
Further, with reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by Directors/KMP/designated persons of Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of Company, will remain closed from August 04, 2017 to August 13, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
