- To consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all promoters, directors, designated employees and other Connected Persons shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. |
