| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/09/2015 11:12:04 | With reference to the earlier letter dated September 21, 201, vide which the Company had informed that Kalink Co. Ltd will invest an amount equivalent to USD 2 million by subscribing equity shares in SSWL as per applicable Acts, rules and regulations and as per the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between both the parties.
Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has now informed BSE that Kalink Co. Limited have confirmed that it will subscribe SSWL’s equity shares @ Rs. 640 per shares for the said investment of USD 2 million.
The Board of Directors of SSWL will consider the same in the ensuing board meeting to be held in October, 2015. |
