| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/01/2017 13:21:50 | Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017 to consider inter-alia among other items, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on January 29, 2017 till 6.00 P.M. on February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 on February 13, 2017.
The "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on February 16, 2017. |
