| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/10/2015 18:13:45 | Libord Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the period Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 26, 2015 till November 10, 2015 the second trading day after announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
