1. Appointed Mr. Romi Sehgal, as Director of the Company.
Brief profile: Mr. Romi Sehgal is associated with M/s. APL Apollo Tubes Limited since 2008 as Group Head-Technical and Operations. Mr. Romi Sehgal is offering three and half decades of excellent contribution to Steel and Tubes Industry. He carries throughout hands on experience in Steel Tube Industry right from designing and manufacturing of Tube Mills to putting up Green Field Projects, successful commissioning of Projects and ensuring uninterrupted optimum production from factories. He has also led in modernization and expansion of factories to meet business goals.
2. To convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 24, 2016.
