| Exchange Disseminated Time | Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon was considered and adopted.
2. Mr. Vimal Kumar Patni, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment, was appointed as Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment, was appointed as Director of the Company.
4. M/s Jaykishan, Chartered Accountants was appointed as the Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors
of the Company was authorized to fix their remuneration. |
