| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nahar Polyfilms Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2011, inter alia, have passed unanimously all the 8 items specified in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
Further the Company has informed that the members of the company have approved the dividend @ 7% i.e. Rs. 0.35 per share on the equity share capital for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the company proposes to pay the dividend from September 23, 2011 onwards but within the prescribed period under the Companies Act, 1956 |
