| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kapashi Commercial Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 26, 2008, inter alia, has been transacted the following business:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Report of the Board of Directors’ and Auditors’ Report thereon and Secretarial Compliance Certificate.
2. Mr. Paresh S Kapashi & Mr. Sevantilal S Kapashi, who retired by rotation has been re-appointed as Directors of the Company.
3. M/s. D V Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants have been re-appointed as Auditors of the Company.
4. Increase in remuneration of Mr. Sevantial S Kapashi & Mr. Indukumar S Kapashi, Whole-Time Directors of the Company has been approved. |
