| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/12/2015 17:07:32 | Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Sumanta & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company has tendered their resignation from the office of Statutory Auditors of the Company vide their letter dated December 5, 2015. The Auditors have tendered their resignation due to their professional pre-occupancy.
Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on December 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact, the following businesses:
1. To take note of the resignation of M/s Sumanta & Co., Chartered Accountants, from the office of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
2. To appoint M/s. Monu Jain & Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2015-2016 subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
3. To approve Notice of Postal Ballot seeking approval of the shareholders to the appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company and to make investment in excess of the limit specified in Section 186 of Companies Act, 2013. |
