| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company for the Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. |
