1. Revised the credit rating assigned to Series IV Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) issue of Rs.50 Crore of the Company from "BWR AA-” [Pronounced Double A Minus] to "BWR A+" [Pronounced A Plus] due to decline in financials, currency risk on foreign exposure and investment risk from its associate Company; and
2. Withdrawn the credit rating of "BWR AA-" [Pronounced Double A Minus] assigned to Series V NCD issue of Rs.100 Crore of the Company, due to redemption before its due date. |
