Notice is also hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 101 of the Companies Act, 2013 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from i.e. 19th September, 2017 to i.e. 25th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
