| Exchange Disseminated Time | EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2014. The Board will then take on record the above financial results.
The Board may recommend a dividend on Equity Shares for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Further, The Trading Window of the Company under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, shall remain closed from May 19, 2014 till May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
