Bhattacharyya, Mr. Dipak Kumar Banerjee, Prof. Ranjan Das and Mr. Sudev C Das, the existing Independent Directors of the Company; for a period of five consecutive years in terms of section 149, 152 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014 and revised clause 49 of the Listing Agreement subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
