| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2013, inter alia, has recommended a normal dividend of Rs.12.50/- per Equity share of Rs.10/- each (125%) and special dividend of Rs. 20/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (200%) on account of sale of animal health business aggregating to a total dividend of Rs. 32.50/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (325%) for the year ended March 31, 2013, The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid on September 12, 2013. |
