| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dil Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and recommend final equity dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-2014.
Further, to the letter dated May 16, 2014, regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window, the Company now inform that the Trading Window (period for trading in Company’s securities) shall continue to remain closed from May 17, 2014 till May 31, 2014 (i.e. till expiry of 24 hours from the date of Board meeting) (both days inclusive). |
