1. The Automation Division of the Company had applied for closure permission to Secretary, Govt. of Karnataka and the same has been approved vide Order No. KE 706 IDM 2008 dated December 15, 2008.
2. The Board has noted that BPL Display Devices Ltd, one of the subsidiaries of the Company has been ordered for winding up by the Honour-able High Court of Allahabad on October 17, 2008 and accordingly, an official liquidator has been appointed by the court. |
