Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company for all the designated Employees(including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from January 18, 2016 to January 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
