1. Appointment of Ms. Sonia Gupta as Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from September 29, 2014, and as a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Resignation of Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, Independent Director, from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect. |
