Shikha Sharma as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 years, w.e.f. 1st June 2018.
We now wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 7th December 2017, has approved the terms and conditions relating to the said re-appointment, including remuneration, in terms of the relevant provision of the Companies Act, 2013, the relevant Rules made thereunder, applicable provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and the Guidelines issued by the RBI and the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association of the Bank, subject to approval of the RBI and the Shareholders of the Bank.
