Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2012, Mr. Murali Venkatraman, Vice Chairman (Whole-time Director) of the Board has relinquished his position as Whole-time Director of the Company, In a letter dated July 11, 2012 addressed to the Board (which was placed before the Board in the meeting held on August 14, 2012 Mr. Murali Venkatraman cited personal and family reasons for the same.
The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the request. Mr. Murali Venkatraman continues as Vice Chairman (Non -Executive) of the Company. |
