| Exchange Disseminated Time | NESCO Ltd has informed BSE that:
1. Nesco's Bombay Exhibition Centre commissioned its Convention Centre in December 2004. Fully Air-conditioned, 1500 person capacity. Financed from internal accruals.
2. Nesco's Bombay Exhibition Centre launched in April 2005 its project to air -condition Hall No 1, admeasuring 200,000 sq.ft. Main AC contract was awarded to Voltas Ltd. Project is expected to be commissioned by June 30, 2005.
3. All approvals for merger of Indabrator Ltd into the Company effective July 01, 2004 received. Now Indabrator becomes a division of the Company. Indabrator, established in 1964, is the market leader in surface preparation, shot blasting shot peening equipment with technology from Wheelabrator Corporation, USA.
4. As on March 31, 2005 there was no debt to any FIs or Banks. |
