The Joint Venture Company would primarily engage in the business of high class molds/ tools for Automotive and other applications. This new venture will have an added advantage as this will enhance the level of confidence among Company's existing and prospective OEM customers by way of shortening the development time for tooling considerably. Besides, it would also reduce the dependability of the company on outside mold manufacturers.
KYOWA Group with a history of more than 60 years is reputed Japanese Group, inter-alia engaged in designing and manufacturing of high class molds for automotive, medical and other applications with proprietary technology, having its group companies in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan etc.
