Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading by Insiders framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed during the period from October 07, 2015 to October 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees. Auditors and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matter at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
