| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 60% i.e. Rs 6.00 per share on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. K Kannan as Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. G Balu Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
