| Exchange Disseminated Time | Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries Ltd has informed BSE that though there was a proposal to consider and appoint Sri V. Suresh Kumar as Managing Director of the Company, upon request of the Board Sri S. Sreedhar Reddy has agreed to continue as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect from October 30, 2014, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. His present term of office will expire on October 29, 2014.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2014 has considered and co-opted Sri V. Aravinda Rani as an Additional Director of the Company to hold the office up to the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting with effect from August 13, 2014. |
