| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cubex Tubings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. Postpone the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company from the earlier decided date of September 18, 2007 to September 28, 2007.
2. Consider review of the dates of Book Closure consequent to the postponement of the 28th AGM vide Item 1 above.
3. Review and reconsider the earlier decisions taken in the Board Meeting held, on August 11, 2007 consequent to the postponement of the 28th AGM vide Item 1 above.
4. Approve the Notice afresh for convening the 28th AGM in view of the postponement as tabled vide Item 1 above. |
