| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/03/2016 16:25:06 | Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend final dividend if any for the financial year ending 2015-16.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from April 17, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 to the public (both days inclusive). |
