The Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 15, 2012, has filled up the casual vacancy under Section 262 of the Companies Act., 956.
1. Mr. Sven Erik Oppelstrup Madsen has been appointed to fill the causal vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Antonio Carlos Custodio de Morrais Varela.
2. Mr. Carlos Eduardo de Arruda Boggio has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Luis Miguel da Ponte Alves Fernandes.
3. Mr. Osvaldo Ayres Filho has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Luis Filipe Sequiera Martins. |
